Terms of Service
- WebWorks South Africa provides website design and related digital services.
- Package details, pricing, timelines, and deliverables must be agreed before work starts.
- Work begins once required information and full payment have been received.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, images, logos, and content unless otherwise agreed.
- WebWorks South Africa is not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, or third-party issues.
- Final website handover or launch may only happen after full payment is received.
- Advanced features such as e-commerce, booking systems, integrations, custom systems, and extra pages may be quoted separately.

Payment and Refund Policy
- Website payments may be made through PayFast or EFT.
- Full payment is required upfront before website build work begins.
- Once design/build work has started, payments may be non-refundable because time and resources have been allocated.
- Refunds are considered case-by-case depending on the work already completed.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may pause work immediately.

Revisions Policy
- Each package includes a set number of revision rounds.
- Extra revisions, additional pages, or major direction changes may cost extra.
- Revisions must relate to the agreed project scope.
- A full redesign after approval is not included unless separately quoted.

Privacy Policy / POPIA
- WebWorks South Africa collects personal information submitted through contact forms, email, WhatsApp, and payment processes.
- Personal information may include name, business name, email address, phone number, website details, and project information.
- Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, build websites, process payments, and communicate with clients.
- WebWorks South Africa does not sell personal information.
- Personal information may be shared only where needed with service providers such as hosting providers, payment providers, domain registrars, email providers, or website tools used to deliver the service.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information where legally allowed.

Website Disclaimer
- Website content is provided for general information only.
- WebWorks South Africa does not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, traffic levels, or sales outcomes.
- Website performance can depend on many factors including the client’s offer, market, content, advertising, SEO, and customer demand.

Third-Party Services
- Websites may use third-party tools such as hosting providers, domain registrars, PayFast, form tools, analytics tools, Google Maps, WhatsApp links, and other integrations.
- WebWorks South Africa is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Intellectual Property
- The client owns the final approved website content and business information they provide after full payment is received.
- WebWorks South Africa may use the completed project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Third-party assets, templates, plugins, fonts, images, and tools may remain subject to their own licences.
- The client must ensure they have rights to any logos, images, text, and materials they provide.

Website Ownership, Handover and Ongoing Costs
- Website package prices cover the agreed initial design and development work.
- Ownership of the final approved custom website deliverables is transferred after full payment has been received.
- The client is responsible for creating and maintaining any required GitHub, Vercel, GoDaddy, email, form, database, payment or third-party service accounts.
- The client is responsible for entering and maintaining their own billing and recovery information.
- The client is responsible for all future domain renewals, hosting fees, subscription fees, email costs, database costs, maintenance costs and third-party charges.
- WebWorks South Africa is not responsible for service interruptions caused by expired domains, failed payments, cancelled subscriptions, exceeded usage limits, account security problems or third-party service changes after handover.
- Any technical support, website changes, repairs or assistance requested after handover may be quoted separately.
- WebWorks South Africa may retain temporary collaborator access only while completing the agreed setup and handover.
- The client may remove WebWorks South Africa’s access once the website has been successfully transferred, launched and tested.
- Third-party software, templates, fonts, stock images, tools and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.
WebWorks South Africa does not provide permanent free hosting or permanent payment of domain and subscription costs.
